The 2026 Gateway IDPA Missouri State Championship is a Tier 3 match sanctioned under the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) hosted by Arnold Rifle and Pistol Club (ARPC). Like last year, this match will be a charitable fundraiser for The BackStoppers Inc., something that has historically been an important part of the state matches at ARPC.

This match is open to all IDPA classifications (novice and above), in the following divisions:

Carry Optics (CO)
Stock Service Pistol (SSP)
Enhanced Service Pistol (ESP)
Custom Defensive Pistol (CDP)
Compact Carry Pistol (CCP)
Back-up Gun (BUG)
Revolver (REV)
Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC)

In addition to the standard IDPA categories, we will be celebrating additional ones such as High Firefighter, High EMS, High Veteran, and High First Responder (Retired) with special consideration for irons and optics specific awards.

The match will be held the second weekend of on May 2026. Friday the 8th is the Staff competition, and the 9th will be for the remaining competitors.

The match fee is $125, due at registration and before squadding. Additional charity donation opportunities will be available at registration as well as in-person at the match.

April 13th is the deadline for division changes and refunded withdrawals.

A meal will be available at no additional cost to guests. and preferences and/or allergy information will be collected at registration.

There will be (at least) 9 Scenario, and 2 Standards stages.
Minimum round count will be approximately 192.

There will be a mandatory equipment check and chronograph testing, though courtesy checks will be available on Friday during the Staff Competition.

IDPA Tier II competition open to IDPA members with valid IDPA membership only.
All divisions admitted, PCC requires a flag and transport in a case or upright on a cart.
10 Stages (9 + Chrono) + Warm-up. Minimum rounds: 155 + 7 for Chrono. 2026 Rulebook.
Registration fee: 90.00, to be paid within 5 days of registration and no later than April 1, 2026. (Failure to pay by this date will result in the shooter’s disqualification from the competition) by bank transfer to: Associazione sportiva Porta Neola, reason for payment: competition name and shooter’s name.
IBAN: IT57X0301503200000003407540. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the shooter’s disqualification from the competition. Cancellations within 10 days of the competition will not be refunded.
To participate in the competition, you must have a valid firearms license to show upon entry to the range, a competitive medical certificate, and a Libertas membership card. Otherwise, the Porta Neola Shooting Club will insure the entire event under the auspices of Libertas.
Awards will be given according to IDPA rules, with prizes drawn for shooters.
All participants must comply with the regulations in force regarding the transportation and use of firearms and ammunition. The organization declines all responsibility for failure to comply.
AIWB holsters are not permitted.

Ripon IDPA club May Club Match and 72 round classifier will future 4 scenario stages and the 3 stage 72 round classifier.
We strive to put on matches that challenge shooters of all skill levels. You will find a welcoming group when you attend our match.
Check in opens at 8am on match days, A mandatory shooters will be held at 8:45am with shooting to follow.

Those who plan to SO please show up early. We will have a SO walk through around 8:15am.

Match setup will be on the Saturday before starting at 1pm. Help is always welcomed, and you will receive a match fee discount.

Please join us as we kick off Michigans 2026 outdoor major season with the 20th Annual Great Lakes Regional Friday, May 15th (staff) and Saturday, May 16th. This is a Tier-3 match that will feature 10 stages, a warm-up, and chrono.

Club Rules: For the duration of the match, the facility will be designated a COLD RANGE. PCCs require a chamber flag and will be carried to and from the line either muzzle up. Except for revolvers during a reload, muzzles over the berm while unloaded or cylinder open will result in a DQ. A dropped firearm anywhere on the property is a DQ.

Spring weather in Michigan is unpredictable, we could get everything from snow to temperatures comparable to Hell, MI (see what I did there). Plan accordingly.

On site camping is available (including a limited number of hook-ups). Contact David Anderson if you need to reserve a spot. There will also be several porta potties throughout the club for your pleasure.
