CASA 2026 Arkansas State Championship Tier 3

We will feature 12 stages in this Tier 3 match.

We will have a mid-match snack break, and a meal AFTER the match.

NOTES:
– Match Fee Adult $120 Junior $100.
– When registration is approved, you will be allowed to pay the registration fee and then squad.
– Select only one subcategory, as applicable (per Match Admin M-5.2).
– Refunds if withdrawal is before March 21, 2026, no refunds after this.
– No division changes after March 4, 2026.

After registration is approved, you must pay online by credit card.

SQUADING
– Squads 1-12 for participants
– Squads 101-103 for staff (Friday)
– Squads 104-106 for Friday Shooters (Friday)
– Squads 201 for MD/Mgmt (Thursday)

Club match with 8 stages of which 2 will be from a classifier
Mandatory Safety meeting @ 0940.
Shooters who arrive before 0830 and help set up will receive a $5 return of your paid match fee.

South Eastern Practical Shooters host a monthly IDPA club match every 3rd Saturday of the month, March through November. We have 4 scenario stages with 1 standard stage.

Especially when shooting while seated, set with at least a head worth of berm above the head, especially left side targets,
9am new shooter orientation
9:45 registration closes and shooter meeting
10am lets go!
Please help return the favor and paste targets for your fellow squad mates as they pasted your targets.
backing paper from pasters goes and other waste paper and cardboard goes in the burn barrels NOT back in the pit boxes.
Pit boxes are NOT for garbage.
If have spare tablet, use it to sync the scores from other tablets between stages.

Slide the clamps up near top of sticks and leave clamps attached to sticks
Please sort the non-threats from the “clean head” targets from the fully shot (many holes in torso and head)
The best clean-head targets might be made into non-threat targets.
Lock up the barrels with cable. Bring drill with hole saw to help make more barrels lock-able.

Informacin General Match IDPA ATGQ

Torneo Abril 2026

Con el inicio del calendario 2026, informamos las condiciones de participacin y organizacin aplicables a los torneos IDPA realizados en la Asociacin de Tiro y Gimnasia de Quilmes (ATGQ).

Condiciones de participacin

– Formarn parte del match de resultados nicamente los tiradores que se encuentren registrados como miembros activos en IDPA.com al momento del torneo.

– Los tiradores que no cuenten con membresa activa podrn participar del evento, pero sern considerados tiradores invitados y no formarn parte del match en las divisiones y categoras oficiales de IDPA, ni de los resultados del torneo.

– Los tiradores nuevos, que nunca hayan participado previamente en torneos IDPA, podrn registrarse como invitados hasta un mximo de tres (3) torneos, con el objetivo de conocer la disciplina antes de gestionar su membresa.

– La responsabilidad de contar con la membresa activa al momento del torneo recae exclusivamente en cada tirador.

Estas disposiciones tienen como objetivo ordenar, profesionalizar y alinear los torneos con los estndares internacionales de IDPA.

Consideraciones organizativas

– La conformacin de escuadras, la asignacin de oficiales de seguridad y el armado de las etapas se realizan en funcin del nmero real de tiradores registrados.

– Las ausencias sin aviso generan demoras y afectan la organizacin del evento.

– Todo tirador inscripto que no pueda concurrir deber informar su baja con la mayor antelacin posible.

Inscripcin

– La inscripcin se realiza exclusivamente a travs de PractiScore, donde cada tirador deber registrarse y seleccionar su escuadra.
– El torneo cuenta con cupos limitados. Se solicita inscribirse nicamente si se tiene la certeza de asistir.
– La inscripcin cerrar indefectiblemente el sbado 18 de abril a las 12:00 hs.
– No se aceptarn inscripciones fuera de trmino ni el da del evento.

En caso de completarse el cupo, se habilitar lista de espera y los lugares liberados por bajas informadas sern reasignados respetando el orden de registro.

La inscripcin al torneo implica la aceptacin de estas condiciones de participacin y organizacin.
