The Illinois Chapter of Concerns Of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) is an organization dedicated to helping survivors of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. We represent both the survivors of Illinois officers and the families of officers from across the country who call Illinois home. Tragically, over 1,000 officers have died in the line of duty in Illinois.

+ Per rule 2.13 and M-3.4T: Striking the vans or metal door frames will result in a DQ from the match.

Range safety rules:
No muzzle over berm, except revolvers with open cylinder during reloads
No hitting props (wall, barrel etc) from 5m or less

Temporary weapon import:
European shooters need a valid European Firearms Passport and an invitation to the event. The invitation will be provided. You can legally bring a maximum of 200 rounds with you.

PCC division:
There will be no PCC division at this match. We are organizing a separate Swiss National IDPA PCC Championship with special challenges suitable to test the shooters skills with a carbine.

Welcome to the 2022 WA State IDPA Championship (Sponsored by RUGER) hosted at the Paul Bunyan Rifle and Sportsman’s Club. This will be a Tier 3 match consisting of 10 stages, plus warm-up and Chrono. There will not be a lunch, but snacks and drinks will be provided for shooters on every bay. There will be three shooting schedules – 1) All day Saturday 2) Saturday AM / Sunday AM and 3) Saturday PM / Sunday AM. Staff shoot will be Friday the 24th with the main match on the 25th and 26th. We will hold the prize table for competitors and staff Saturday evening and the award ceremony will be held Sunday after the match has ended.

The match is open to the following divisions: SSP, ESP, CCP, CDP, CO, PCC, BUG, and Rev.

Your membership and classification must be current in the division you are registering for, or have previously shot a sanctioned match within the last 12 months.

Refunds will be issued (minus strip fees) no later than June 5th.

Matches will be (5-6) stages and have a round count under 150. You do not have to be a Sportsmans Club of Franklin County member to shoot the matches.

Match fees are $15 for club members; $25 for non-members (Youths under 18 shoot free with a paying adult). Match set up will be the morning of the match starting at 7:00 am; any and all help is greatly appreciated. Registration is from 8:00 am through 8:45 am. Shooters Meeting will be at 9:00 am with anticipated match start at 9:30 am.

One of the scheduled matches will be an IDPA classifier (usually May).
