Ripon IDPA club matches are 7 stages, 100 min round count matches. We strive to put on matches that challenge shooters of all skill levels. You will find a welcoming group when you attend our match.
Check in opens at 8am on match days, A mandatory shooters will be held at 8:45am with shooting to follow.

Those who plan to SO please show up early. We will have a SO walk through around 8:15am.

Match setup will be on the Saturday before starting at 1pm. Help is always welcomed, and you will receive a match fee discount.

Pre-registration closes at 11:00 AM on Saturday of the match weekend.

** Prior competitive action pistol shooting experience or 101 Class is required **
The 101 Class is held at SKSC on the 2nd Saturday of every month, March thru October, 9am at clubhouse.

Match weekend schedule is as follows:
SATURDAY (setup and staff shoot day)
Setup begins at 9:00 AM, all are welcome to come and help.
Those that help setup are also able to shoot on Saturday. We typically fire first shots by 12:00/1:00 and wrap up at 5:00.
You must help setup in order to shoot Saturday.

SUNDAY (main match day)
Check-In opens in the clubhouse at 8:00 AM, AND ENDS **PROMPTLY** AT 8:45 AM.
All competitors must check-in at the clubhouse before heading to the match bays.
After check-in, proceed to the competition shooting bays for a brief shooter meeting at 9:00 AM.
Safety Officers, after check-in please convene on Bay-4 at 8:30 AM for the SO meeting.

The Speedway Gun Club is proud to present you with the State of South Carolina State Match for 2026. This will be a two day event with Staff and limited shooter positions shooting on Friday. The main match and awards will be held on Saturday. Lunch will be available by food trucks but is not part of the match, an embroidered match ball cap is included with your entry fee along with the a door prize.
Located in the town of Traveler\’s Rest SC just at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Come early, bring the family and enjoy the fall colors, Apple Picking or some of the many winery\’s.

Rivanna Rifle and Pistol Club IDPA is excited to bring a sanctioned match back to RRPC for the first time since 2017.

The 2026 IDPA Charlottesville Showdown is a tier-2 specialty match for BUG (semiauto), REV, and CCP divisions only.
The match will consist of 9 stages including a warmup, with an approximate round count of 160.
Lunch and a match T-shirt are included with registration.

SPECIAL NOTES:
Appendix Carry (AIWB) is not permitted at this match.
Per IDPA policy, the Sig Sauer P320 and all variants are prohibited from use in IDPA competition and are not permitted at this match.
NO REFUNDS AFTER August 1st. An administrative processing charge will be deducted if a refund is requested.
NO DIVISION CHANGES AFTER September15th. Classification changes as necessary. Please notify us ASAP if you receive a match bump prior to the match.
