NSSF Joins as Sponsor of the 2026 IDPA National Championship
The International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) is proud to announce that the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) will serve as an official sponsor of the 2026 IDPA National Championship Presented by JP Enterprises. 
As the firearm industry’s trade association, NSSF has long been dedicated to promoting the safe, responsible use of firearms while supporting competitive shooting sports and Second Amendment advocacy. Their partnership with IDPA reinforces a shared commitment to growing participation in practical shooting and fostering a welcoming environment for competitors of all skill levels.

The 2026 IDPA National Championship will bring together the nation’s top defensive pistol competitors to test their skills through realistic courses of fire that emphasize accuracy, problem-solving, and safe firearm handling. With the support of industry partners like NSSF, IDPA continues to enhance the competitor experience while promoting the values that have defined the organization since its founding. The 2026 IDPA National Championship match is scheduled for Sept. 24-26, 2026, at the Cardinal Shooting Center in Marengo, OH.
