Main Match:
Competitor registration and gear check on site from 9:00 AM
Briefing and start of the match:
10:00 AM Start of shooting

Shooting will begin with a standard stage (Warmup) on each bay. Then, 2 scenario stages will be shot on each bay. The match will finish with a standard stage (Cooldown).

Planned end of the match: 5:00 PM
Results announcement and awards ceremony within 1 hour after shooting ends.

Entry fee: PLN 250, payable no later than 31 July 2026.
It is possible to participate in an additional division, outside the official classification, provided that the division complies with IDPA divisions. The cost of shooting in an additional division is PLN 200.
Entry fee for IDPA Leszno competitors: PLN 200.
Safety Officers are exempt from the entry fee.

The entry fee will be refunded only if the match is cancelled by the organizer. In random/unforeseen circumstances, it will be possible to transfer the entry fee to another competitor.

The entry fee includes a drink, a sweet snack, and a meat grill meal.

We have planned to create 2 additional divisions:

SPD Shadow 2 for shooters using CZ Shadow 2 pistols
SPD .22 LR for shooters using rimfire pistols

A division will be opened with a minimum of 5 competitors.

Awards:
1st place Statuette, medal, diploma
2nd place Medal, diploma
3rd place Medal, diploma
More than 10 competitors in a division diploma for 4th place
More than 15 competitors in a division diploma for 5th place
A statuette will be awarded for the best result in each category.

In connection with my participation in the match, I hereby grant Stowarzyszenie IDPA Leszno permission to use and distribute, free of charge, my image recorded in photographs, videos, television spots, advertisements in newspapers and magazines, advertising posters, leaflets, printed promotional materials, and on the Internet, created by the above-mentioned entities or commissioned by the above-mentioned entity during the match, as part of the statutory activities conducted by the above-mentioned entity for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes concerning the above-mentioned entity, including in particular by publishing my image on the Internet, in press materials, advertising and informational materials, and in materials broadcast on television.

My image may be used in various forms of electronic image processing, cropping, and composition, without the obligation to approve the final product, provided that it is not used in offensive forms or forms generally regarded as unethical.

This permission is granted for an indefinite period and without territorial limitation.

I consent to the processing of my personal data by Stowarzyszenie IDPA Leszno for the purposes of organizing and conducting the sports match, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.

3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the purpose of participation in the sports match.

4. The scope of your data that is or may be processed includes:

* identification data: first name and last name, age, gender, image, citizenship;
* contact data: e-mail address.

5. Recipients of your personal data may include:
(1) the organizers and match staff;
(2) entities providing services during the sports match;
(3) media reporting on the sports match;
(4) social media platforms and persons who have access to them;
(5) the practiscore.com service and persons who have access to it.

6. The period for which your personal data will be stored will be determined using the following criteria:

* if classification/results are maintained, until consent is withdrawn;
* if no classification/results are maintained, the data will be deleted immediately after the end of the match;
* if possible claims may arise, the data will be stored until the limitation period for such claims expires, whether they are your claims or the Controllers claims.

7. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Stowarzyszenie IDPA Leszno in person or by e-mail at [info@idpaleszno.pl](mailto:info@idpaleszno.pl).

I understand that, when withdrawing consent, verification of my identity may be necessary, and that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. A request to erase data means resignation from further participation in the sports match, because participation is not possible without the processing of such data.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
