POWERADE State Games of North Carolina – Handgun Competition, Saturday, June 18. Gold, Silver & Bronze medals will be awarded in each division of the POWERADE State Games of North Carolina Handgun competition Saturday, June 18. On-site registration will open at 8:30 a.m. with the range briefing at 9 a.m. The shoot will be IDPA rules and will be an IDPA Tier 1 competition. It will have a minimum of six stages. Competitors must be 15 years or older. Two forms are required to participate (below) ? the Entry Form and the Athlete Form. The State Games of North Carolina are the largest multi-sport festival in North Carolina and one of the largest programs in the United States. They are hosted by North Carolina Amateur Sports.
