The 2024 Silver State Championship, IDPA Tier II match

REGISTRATION OPENS to general public July 1st, 2024 8:00 AM

Match starts: for general public on October 13th, 2024 @ 8:30 AM.
Match ends: October 13th, 2024 at approximately 3:00 PM.

COURSE OF FIRE:
7 stages with creative props and stage design. Round count is 120 (bring at least 200 for re-shoots or extra shots).

SCHEDULE:
Range set up October 11th, 2024 11:00 AM
Staff Shoot will be held on October 12th @ 8:30.
Main-Match: Check-in & Equipment check October 13th, 2024. 7.00-8.15 AM

ATTENTION ALL PERSONS SHOOTING THE MATCH:
All Competitors and Staff are required to check in at the Clubhouse.

MATCH FEE:
– $85 is required at the time of registration, No later than September 13 with approval from the match director.
– The match will be First sign up & pay / First to be approved to squad until the match is full.
– After the match is full a \”Waitlist\” will be generated.
– An invoice will be generated using Stripe
– Payment MUST be Paid-in-Full after registration.
– The match is on a first registration & payment basis.
– Squadding will not be allowed until payment in full is received.
– Deposits are not accepted. We can not hold your spot.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds will be granted minus administrative costs, of $10 through October 1st.
After October 1st there will be a $25 charge-back fee.

LUNCH:
Please bring your own lunch, water & Gatorade will be provided. There are several local eating establishments within a 5-mile radius.

NOTE: BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS, HOTEL AND RENTAL CARS EARLY. Harry Reid Airport is about a 30-minute drive to the match site. November starts the holiday rush in Las Vegas and rates can increase as we approach the holiday season. Please book early, especially Staff! We need you here!

STAFF & WORK CREW:
We will need at least 25 work crew volunteers / certified safety officers as possible. Work crew volunteers will be needed on site both Saturday and Sunday. If you are available to assist with these duties your match fee will be comped.

NOTE: If you have been approved for work crew. You will receive an additional E-MAIL. If you cannot make it for the work crew or change your mind, Please, notify us, as we are counting on your help & we will need to notify the next volunteer in line.

Also note that that the range has a 10 mph speed limit on the property with strict enforcement, violators will incur severe penalties.
