IDPA HQ Announces Date and Location for 2024 National Championship
IDPA HQ is happy to announce that the 2024 IDPA National Championship match will be held August 15 – 17, 2024, at the CMP Marksmanship Park in Talladega, AL.
The CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park is “The Home of Marksmanship,” where responsible firearm ownership, safety instruction, and accuracy training reside inside a beautiful 500-acre range facility.

The Tier 5 National Championship will host competitors from around the nation, in defensive minded IDPA stages over three days of competition.
The International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) is the governing body of a shooting sport that simulates self-defense scenarios and real-life encounters. It was founded in 1996 as a response to the desires of shooters worldwide. The organization now boasts a membership of more than 23,000, including members in 75 foreign countries.
