The definition of loaded firearm at TCGC is defined as having a round in the breach or being at slide lock and having a magazine with any number of rounds inserted into the weapon regardless of whether the firearm is in battery or not. This rule is strictly enforced and will result in a match DQ. You as the shooter is responsible for every round discharged from your firearm.
