BERRYVILLE, Ark. – Bob Biehl, Match Director of the 2013 Smith & Wesson New England Regional IDPA Championship, announced the team of Chief Safety Officers (CSO) that will help run the championship.

Biehl named John Catterall, Gene Gelberger, Aaron Haines, Michael Joffe, Ken Lambert, Dave Ritchie and Dave Solimini as the lead safety and scoring officials who will oversee the staff running the 14 stages of the competition.

Working side-by-side with Biehl will be Alan Vail who has taken on the role of Assistant Match Director.

“Every competitor knows that the staff can either make or break a match. That’s why it’s so important to pick a team of CSOs that not only have a great deal of match experience, but also know how to put the shooters first. Alan and I have a terrific team in place and we’re looking forward to another outstanding championship,” said Bob Biehl.

The sold-out Smith & Wesson New England Regional will take place August 16-18 at the Harvard Sportsmen's Club in Harvard, Massachusetts and is again being hosted by the MetroWest Tactical IDPA club.
