Scoring Method:	Vickers Count
Description:	FLAT TIRE Shooter will begin kneeling (at least one knee must touch ground) at rear of car holding tire-iron against wheel with both hands .
String 1:	On signal, draw and engage targets T1, T2 with two rounds each and falling plate target HT1 until it falls. Keeping behind cover of car, move to front and make tactical reload before engaging targets T3, T4 and HT2. Two pop-out targets, T5 and T6 will appear after either HT1 or HT2 drop (at discretion of person pulling the string), and may be engaged from either end of car.
