Special thanks to the Central Arkansas Shooters' Association; host of the 2003 IDPA National Championship.
The 2003 IDPA National Championship is now history. Based on comments from competitors, safety officers and sponsors, we believe everyone had a wonderful time. 311 competitors completed 16 challenging courses of fire (requiring 219 total rounds minimum) firing over 68,109 rounds. There were 103 CDP, 86 SSP, 83 ESP and 39 SSR shooters.
In addition to all the shooting related festivities, there were hospitality rooms and a barbeque Saturday night. Awards were presented Sunday morning.
Match director John May and crew did an outstanding job and we had the best overall group of SOs ever. The stats crew of Lisa, Jennifer, Ronda, Joyce, Pat, Sandra and Dru was awesome, posting accurate final scores within 30 minutes of the last shot!

This club rose to the occasion with spectacular results. Special thanks should definitely go to all CASA members, but most especially the following.
Special thanks to the following, without their hard work (much of it behind the scenes) the event would not have run so well.
Our safety officers this year were:
Last but certainly not of least importance, we would like to recognize and thank all our generous sponsors. Please keep these companies in mind the next time you are in need of shooting gear.
